I do actually like performing to a live audience. I like the response. I do a lot of Doctor Who conventions now, and the reason that I do them is that there is a live audience I can get to directly. Physically, too, as I get off the stage and harangue them from close up! I do like it.

You'll recall from last week's Squee Post that we moved house last Saturday. Well, tonight's the house warming party.

And my wonderful girlfriend ordered some cakes from @ARCakesCookies (who is doing our wedding cake next year) for tonight's party.

They are all kinds of awesome. There are pictures! She says she " LOVED working on these!"

 My Birthday was yesterday and my boyfriend got me the best cake ever. The erotic bakery was the only place that would do this. I also finished my Idiot's lantern dress which was going to be my birthday dress (pink sequins and a drag show, would have been perfect!) but I couldnt wear it because I already need to take it in, yay and boo on that one ( Read more... )
